WEDDING STATIONERY | PERSONAL PROJECT

Designing one’s own wedding invitations is no easy feat for a graphic designer, but the perfect opportunity to pull out all the stops and use fancy printing methods. I decided to give myself parameters and created ‘inkless invitations’ for a tactile experience. The thick, uncoated paper is letterpressed with rose gold foil and features large, blind embossed type. A custom map was included to get out-of-town guests excited about the upcoming weekend. The ‘heartzel’ logo appears as a small detail throughout, on the wax seal and even as a neon sign! Printed on Colorplan Paper by the talented team at Aardvark Letterpress.
